What is a stress ball?	A stress ball is a replica of just about any item. It is made of squeezable polyurethane and it is an ideal marketing tool because of its low cost and high impact as a way to give a symbol of your message.A PU stress ball is a squeezable toy, usually not more than 6-8cm in diameter. It is squeezed and manipulated in the hand by the fingers, this is to either help relieve stress and muscle tension or to stretch and exercise the muscles of the hand. Most stress relieving balls are used for promotional purposes. Despite their name, many stress balls are not or be like or circular. Many stress toys or balls are moulded in interesting or funny shapes and printed with corporate logos. They are presented to employees and clients as gifts and marketing items.

1.What file format do you need a logo/art?
The perfect format is a file created in Adobe Illustrator(. Ai or. EPS). However, many customers do not have this and it is not a problem. Send us whatever you have (jpgs, pdfs, gifs)and we will convert it here for you free of charge.

2.What is the cost of your plate/set up?
We only charge a one time $30 set up charge for a one color/ one location imprint. Exact reorders will not have to pay any set up charge at all. If the logo is multicolor, We usually use transfer printing. We charge $60-80 set up charge per logo according to the colors the logo has.

3.Can I order custom shaped stress balls?
Yes, this is one of the things we do best. You can order just about any custom shaped stress ball you want. Minimums start at only 1000PCS. We will make new mould according to your design. We usually charge $200-250 sample charge for new custom shaped stress ball. It takes us appro 2 weeks to make the new sample.

4.What colors can you print? PMS colors?
We can imprint in any color you prefer, including Pantone colors, at no additional charge. Pantone(PMS) colors simply refer to a standardized chart many marketing departments use. Knowledge of Pantone colors is not required to order. It is only offered if you follow this standard.
